Orders registered on Indus Valley website are cancellable by sending us an email on help@indus-valley.com with reasons for the cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. For timely shipping and operational reasons free cancelation after 24 hours is not available as your order would have already been processed.

For Cancellations after Shipping Email your request to our Customer Care Team (help@indus-valley.com) and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the shipment returns to us, your order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost. You can also WhatsApp the cancellation details to 9717123456.

Our processing plant is FDA approved and we follow ISO and GMP compliant processing. Most of our products come certified by dermatologists, or are doctor recommended. We take utmost care in sourcing our ingredients which are handpicked by dedicated farm hands from select Indian organic farms. Many of our products are also Halal Certified which is clearly mentioned in the respective packaging. Our ingredients come as certified organic by the internationally reputed USDA Organic and ECOCERT. Our herbal powders and oils that are consumable are certified as edible by FSSAI, which is again clearly mentioned in their packaging.
